Kari Schneider: Helping leaders grow from the inside out
Kari Schneider is the founder of The Empowered Team and a leadership consultant who has spent over 25 years helping people reach their next level through self-mastery, performance, and intentional leadership.

Where It Started
Kari’s foundation is built on science and movement.
She holds an Honours Degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Biomechanics, specializing in lumbar spine kinematics. She is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Athletic Therapist.
For 20 years, she coached Olympic, professional, and national-level athletes.
At that level, results reveal everything.
What she saw was clear: Sustainable performance has little to do with talent.
It comes down to how people think, respond under pressure, and lead themselves internally.
The Shift
In 2005, Kari founded Empower Conditioning, a high-performance training facility built on discipline and structure. Over time, a deeper pattern emerged.
People didn’t struggle because they lacked knowledge.
They struggled because they couldn’t consistently follow through.
That gap between knowing and doing became the real work.
In 2020, Kari sold her gym and transitioned into leadership consulting, executive coaching, and culture development. That same year, she founded The Empowered Team.
The Work Today
Today, Kari works with leaders and organizations across industries including automotive, construction, finance, healthcare, food, and technology.
Her work is not about motivation.
It is about building the internal skills that drive consistent, aligned action.
She helps leaders:

Kari is also a mother of five, a wife, an athlete, and an entrepreneur.

She continues to train, study, explore, and evolve—grounded in both performance and presence.
